At ELiT, we operate a fully integrated manufacturing system that gives us complete control over every stage of production – from raw material selection to the finished product. Through modern technologies, a high level of automation, and experienced teams, we ensure consistent quality, high efficiency, and reliable production capacity.
Today, our manufacturing infrastructure includes 4 production facilities located in Sliven, Plovdiv, and Karnobat and 12 production lines. This enables us to manufacture a wide range of products, including nuts, snacks, confectionery, and protein bars.

Production Facility – Sliven (ELiT's Main Nut Production Hub)
Our fully automated production facility in Sliven covers 14,000 m² and has a production capacity of 150 tons per day, making it the main manufacturing hub for ELiT nuts.
The entire production process is carried out on-site, including:
- Preparation of raw nuts and seeds
- Seasoning and blending
- Roasting and processing
- Fully automated packaging
Our experienced and highly qualified teams ensure that every product meets the highest standards of taste, safety, and quality.
Premium Raw Materials & Quality Selection
We take pride in sourcing part of our raw materials from PENELOPA GROUP's own agricultural production. The remaining ingredients are carefully selected from renowned growing regions around the world. Every batch undergoes strict quality control and selection procedures to ensure only premium-quality raw materials enter our production process.
Confectionery Production – Tradition Meets Modern Taste
Our production facilities also manufacture a diverse portfolio of confectionery products, including:
- Honey cakes
- Puff pastries
- Muffins
Among our most popular brands are Milkiss, Ideal, Les Marquis, and Super Muffin.
With a production capacity of up to 300,000 confectionery products per day, we successfully meet the demands of both domestic and international markets.

Coated Peanuts – A Crunchy Snack in a Variety of Flavours
In our dedicated snack production facility, we manufacture our popular Coated Peanuts – crispy coated peanuts with distinctive flavour and crunch.
Production capacity reaches 60 tons per day.

Coated Peanuts are created as the perfect snack for sharing and social occasions.
Nuts & Protein Bars
In a dedicated production line, we manufacture functional snack bars designed to support active lifestyles and everyday energy.
ELiT NUT BAR
A delicious nut bar made with peanuts and almonds, coated in premium Belgian milk chocolate. The perfect balance of flavour and energy on the go.
PROELiT BAR
A high-protein bar containing 30% protein, with no added sugar, developed for sports, active lifestyles, and balanced nutrition.
Our total production capacity for bars reaches 300,000 pieces per day.
